NOUR respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, place an order or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to serve you, and we never sell your personal information.

Information you give us

• —Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and the items you order.
• —Custom requests: the type of piece, your measurements, fabric and color choices, notes and any reference files you upload.
• —Messages and inquiries: what you send us through the contact form or a pre-order inquiry, along with your name, email and phone number.
• —Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
• —Reviews: your name and the review you write after an order.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To make the site work, we store a small amount of information in your own browser:

• —Your shopping bag, so it is still there when you return.
• —Your sign-in session, so you stay signed in to your account.
• —Your cookie choice, so we don't ask you again.
• —Whether you have already seen our opening screen during your visit.

We share your information only with the trusted service providers that help us run NOUR, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

• —Supabase — securely stores our website data and accounts.
• —Vercel — hosts our website.
• —Resend — delivers our emails, such as order confirmations.
• —Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• —Shipping carriers — your name and address, to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, for example order records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

You may at any time ask us to:

• —Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• —Correct information that is wrong.
• —Delete your account and personal information, unless we must keep it by law.
• —Stop sending you our newsletter.

We protect your information with secure, encrypted connections and access controls, and we never store payment card details on our website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
